Oneblvd Guidelines
 

Oneblvd is designed to be a space where users can freely express themselves, share meaningful moments, and engage with diverse content. We strive to foster an inclusive, respectful, and creative environment for all.

1. Be Original and Authentic
Share only content you have the rights to post. We encourage creativity and originality, so ensure your contributions are your own.

 

2. Respect for Others
We celebrate diversity and expect users to respect the cultures, views, and opinions of others. Harassment, bullying, the use of slurs, and any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Any violation of this policy may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

 

3. Prohibited Content
Content involving nudity, self-harm, sexually explicit material, violence, graphic elements, or threats is strictly forbidden. BOLT Social reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate action, including permanent bans. AI generated content is prohibited from being publicly shared.

3.5. Prohibited Content Extended

Simply put, Oneblvd is not designed to be a "free-speech" or "news" platform. Oneblvd is a place to share what you love, a random moment, or something new. Many platforms already exist to find news and discuss political beliefs, and we believe they do a far better job in that regard than we can with our small team (ex. Threads, X, Instagram, TikTok). So, to avoid controversy and ensure every user feels comfortable sharing, we do not allow political or politically charged content of any sort to be shared publicly on our platform. 

 

4. No Spamming or Misuse
Spamming is prohibited on Oneblvd. Repeatedly posting the same images, text, advertisements, or any disruptive content will lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.

 

5. Compliance with the Law
Users must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. The promotion, support, or endorsement of terrorism, criminal activity, hate groups, sexual services, illegal weapons, firearms, tobacco, alcohol, harm to animals, or non-medical drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate and permanent removal from Oneblvd.

 

6. Protecting the Community
We are committed to creating a safe space for all users. If you come across content that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

 

7. Enforcement
Oneblvd reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any content or account that violates these guidelines. Repeat offenders or users engaging in severe misconduct will face permanent bans. Further details are listed on the moderation page. 

 

8. Commitment to Improvement
Our community is ever-evolving, and so are our guidelines. We reserve the right to update these guidelines as necessary to ensure a positive, safe, and engaging experience for all.
