The following Terms and Conditions apply solely to Records by Oneblvd (“the App”).

Records by Oneblvd functions exclusively as a user interface designed to enhance the music listening experience by simulating physical playback interactions. The App integrates with third-party music service providers, including but not limited to Apple Music and Spotify, to access and play user-authorized content.

Records by Oneblvd does not own, host, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise control any music content made available through these third-party services. All music, metadata, and related content are provided directly by the respective service providers and remain subject to their own terms, licenses, and policies.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must maintain an active account with a supported third-party music provider to access playback features.

• All music playback is dependent on the availability, permissions, and functionality of the connected third-party service.

• Records by Oneblvd is not responsible for interruptions in playback, missing content, or changes made by third-party providers.

• ​Records by Oneblvd shall not be held liable for any loss of data, playback errors, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to issues originating from third-party integrations.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
